Simon is the mananging partner and founder of WDCS.

He started WDCS with the aim of changing the perception of technology recruitment at a senior level and becoming a valued business partner.  Since it's inception Simon has helped win a deliver a number of 'C' and 'D' suite and Senior hires to a number of businesses with winning multiple repeat searches thereafter.

Synopsis of Simon's background:

Entered recruitment industry in 1998 concentrating on Mechnical and Electrical Engineers

In 1999 saw that technology recruitment was the way forward and moved to London to become an IT Recruiter

Career to date now spans over 25 years, placing over 1200+ professionals across the globe. 

Successfully led multiple search campaigns for FTSE100, SME’s and start-ups organisations, across multiple industry sectors.
